Laura King is both a user and enthusiast of innovative affordable housing in Oxford and works in a Surveyor's Office in the city centre.

Laura believes new developments should be sensitive to their built environment, attractive, long-lasting, well designed in every sense including as green as is reasonably possible and decreed by the community who need them rather than by speculative developers with no personal stake in the consequences of their schemes. She also has some knowledge of architecture and design. Laura believes that OCLT will prove the ideal model for a future win, win, win solution for the individual or family in need of desirable and genuinely affordable community housing.
