More locally, Oxfordshire had the first CLT in the country which was initiated by Tony Crofts a founder member of OCLT, in Stonesfield in West Oxfordshire.

Stonesfield Commnity Trust is a registered charity, formed in 1983, and has built up a holding of 14 dwellings for letting at affordable rents to young working couples and single people of all ages. It also owns the village Post Office and Pre-School, and is thus a local example of community-owned development.
