Empowering residents

OCLT seek to empower and train residents to live as a co-op in our developments.

At Crofts Court, our development of 8 affordable homes, we are facilitating residents to live as a cooperative.  


This winter has seen activity in the garden, tending to this communal space for the benefit of all.
