OCLT AGM 2025 with guest speaker

Updated: Aug 4

Tuesday 16th September, at The Old Fire Station, Oxford. This year we will be hosting the AGM in person with a special guest speaker, Phineas Harper. Phin is an opinion writer on urbanism for The Guardian whose career spans criticism, curation, education, youthwork, journalism and sculpture. They develop sustainable cultural programmes that engage broad audiences with architecture and design.

Until 2024, Phin was Chief Executive of the charity Open City, whose mission is to empower communities to learn about, feel connected to, and have a role in shaping places where they live by making the built environment more open, accessible, and equitable. Prior to that, they were Deputy Director of the Architecture Foundation.
